A customer service representative is always available to take your call. During
non-business hours we are available through mobile phones or through the
immediate return call of a 24/7/365 AOG pager.
Fast and accurate responsiveness
Your customer service representative will provide you
with an immediate response to any questions or requests you may have. If an
immediate response is not possible, we will work to ensure your inquiry is
resolved as soon as possible. from PO to overhaul to
shipment, your orders will be under the control of a single representative.
Shipping and receiving notifications
Daily e-mail notifications provide shipping and receiving details for all of
your components in our care. Waybill numbers and courier websites are listed
for tracking purposes.
Weekly status reports
You will receive weekly status reports automatically, with details regarding
your order and accurate ship dates.
Inventory management :: aging parts lose value and increase supply contamination risks. Suppliers with obsolete, aging inventories are prone to error and quality failures. At BAX’s, both high and low demand inventory is carefully forecasted and sourced for quick turnover, which frees cash and enables us to price below our competition.

Supply base selection :: our qualification system ensures that only the finest
sources are selected as our partners—providing material direct from airline
surplus and tear-down aircraft.
Repair station monitoring :: not all repair stations are created equal. We
carefully select and approve repair vendors based on many metrics. Our repair
partners are continuously monitored on warranty and service standards,
including factors of sourcing, lead time and logistical capabilities.
Supplier monitoring :: a systematic auditing program continuously evaluates our
supply base. Scale-based monitoring of quality and service criteria.
Double-check inspection :: as part
of our no mistakes policy, every shipment is cross-checked by our shipper and
chief inspector. All parts are checked for proper condition, trace, FAA/EASA,
and ATA 106 documents prior to delivery.
